Return & Exchange Policy

At The Glove Locker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your glove for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
  • Gloves that have been oiled, broken in, or used on the field are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

  • We gladly accept exchanges for a different size, color, or model within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in unused, original condition.
  • Once we receive your item, we'll ship out the replacement as quickly as possible.
  • If the replacement item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gloves that have been used, oiled, or broken in
  • Custom or personalized gloves
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
